Some staff in your organization can be assigned as TonicDM Administrators. Because of the power TonicDM Administrators hold, we recommend only the most senior people in your organization are considered for this status.
What Can TonicDM Administrators Do?
TonicDM Administrators can:
- Lock and unlock projects.
- Assign and unassign project team members' executive access, even if they are do not have executive access on the project.
- See all email filed in TonicDM, even if the project is locked or the email is filed as confidential.
- Configure organization-wide settings such as RFI Reason Codes and Default Submittal Actions.
How Are TonicDM Administrators Assigned?
Only TonicDM support can add or remove TonicDM Administrators for your organization. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your admin needs.
