When you start using TonicDM there might be already completed RFIs or submittals you need to enter into your log. Or perhaps someone responded to an RFI outside of TonciDM and you want to enter that into the record.

When you are manually logging an incoming item, you can choose any date and time, so backdating entries is easy.

When you are manually logging outgoing items, there is a checkbox for record the email addresses, but don't send any emails.

This lets you record something that was sent out of your office after the fact. No emails will be sent to anyone (whether on the To or CC list) so you can maintain your log privately, if necessary.
