When emails aren't filing as expected, you may need to disconnect and reconnect Office 365. This can be done in a web browser.
On your User Profile page (https://tonicdm.com/profile-edit) there is a line:
Your Office 365 account is connected
Please click Disconnect on this line, then you'll get a button to Connect Office 365 Account which you can click.
After Office 365 is reconnected, email filing should work again.
