TonicDM Support can assign one or more of your staff as TonicDM Administrators.
Whereas people with Executive Access can see confidential email on a particular project, TonicDM Administrators can see confidential email on all projects. They can also lock and unlock projects, and will be the only ones allowed to edit the company name and locations. These are activities that should be relatively rare.
So you should only give TonicDM Administrator status to people who normally have unlimited access to your organization's systems. The TonicDM Administrator list can only be changed by TonicDM Support. This is something your organization should decide at the time TonicDM is rolled out to staff, and is something that will rarely change.
