Yes, TonicDM does work with multiple Outlook accounts.

When you are adding the accounts into your Outlook, they need to be added using the New... button in the Email tab of the Account Settings, not the Additional Mailboxes section of the Exchange Account Settings.

If secondary mailboxes in Outlook aren't working with Tonic, please remove them from the Additional Mailboxes section of the Exchange Account Settings and re-add them using the New... button in the Email tab of the Account Settings, which is accessed from the Files tab in Outlook.
