Your ability to connect to Procore with TonicDM (as opposed to logging in to Procore in your browser) can be can be turned on and off by the owner of the Procore site.
If access is turned off you will get an error when trying to connect to Procore.
If the Procore site owner has Allow User Installs set to on in their Company Settings — App Management page, then you can connect TonicDM and Procore in order to access data from Procore in Tonic.
If the Procore site owner has Allow User Installs set to off in their Company Settings — App Management page, then you can't connect Tonic and Procore unless the Procore site owner installs the TonicDM Procore app from the Procore Marketplace first.
The TonicDM Procore app from the Procore Marketplace has no functionality, it exists only as a way for the Procore site owner to explicitly authorize TonicDM connections to their projects while keeping Allow User Installs set to off.

How To Turn Allow User Installs On or Install the TonicDM Procore app
You will need to be a user with company-level Admin permissions on the Procore site to complete the following steps:
Navigate to the company-level Admin tool.
On the right side of the page under "Company Settings", click "App Management".
In the top-right of the page, you should see "Allow User Installs" setting. Please turn this on as pictured below, or click Install App and choose TonicDM from the Marketplace.
