When emails are filed in TonicDM, an Outlook Category is added to the email to show you which project the email was filed in.

The text of this Outlook Category (project number and project name) is not linked to TonicDM, so if the Project Number or Project Name change in TonicDM, the Outlook Category on previously filed email will show the old name and number.

To fix the Outlook Category on the previously saved emails, you can rename that Outlook Category in your Outlook.
