Note: the Awaiting Resubmission status currently applies to submittals only.

Items in logs have one of 3 statuses. The row in the log is colored to reflect the status:

  • Open: white
    If an item has been forwarded to a consultant but has not been returned, it's status will be Open, but the row in the log will be colored cyan.
  • Awaiting Resubmission: purple
  • Closed: gray

 
   

Changing the Status Manually

Normally the system will automatically set the status for you, however this can be overridden manually if required.

To override the status, click the item in the log to open the detail page, then click the link to set the required status.
