Sending File Transfers, or logging incoming RFIs or submittals is possible on iPad or iPhone using the built-in app called Files. 

The Files app lets you save files in one app and retrieve them in another. 

To save an email attachment then upload it to TonicDM, click the "Share" icon and choose "Save to Files", then in TonicDM when you go to upload, you can choose "Browse" and then find the file you previously saved.
