What can TonicDM be used for?

Email archiving, sending/receiving large files, RFIs, submittals, project contacts.

Updated over 2 months ago

Projects begin quickly. You'll be communicating with email and file transfer as soon as the client has the idea for the project and well before shared collaboration platforms have been established.

Adding a project into your organization's TonicDM system takes one minute and only requires a project number and name (both of which can be changed later).

File project related emails into the TonicDM project as 1. a correspondence log for the project and 2. a way to make those emails available to your co-workers.

Send and receive files (and folders) without worrying about email limitations and have these file transfers logged in the TonicDM project for future reference.

TonicDM automatically creates contacts so creating the project team list requires just a few clicks.

Later in the project, use TonicDM to efficiently manage RFIs and submittals, including managing internal and external reviewers.

For designers who seek to maintain clean professional records, TonicDM makes it easy to collect and search important project information, organized in a standardized way for the firm, so relevant staff can find what they need now and in the future.
