Using the My Items page

The My Items page brings Construction Administration items from across your projects into one place. It helps you see what needs your attention without opening each project individually. You can use My Items to review your assigned work, monitor activity

You can use My Items to review your assigned work, monitor activity across your projects, and access items throughout your organization.

Open My Items

  1. Sign in to TonicDM.

  2. Select My Items from the main navigation.

  3. Choose the type of item you want to view:

    • Submittals

    • SIs

    • RFIs

    • PCOs

Each tab displays a combined log containing items from multiple projects.

Choose which items to view

Use the filters at the top of the page to control the scope of the log.

  • Mine to Return

    • Shows items currently assigned to you for action.

    • Use this view to focus on the items you are responsible for reviewing or returning.

  • All in Projects I’m On

    • Shows all items from projects you are a member of, including items assigned to other members of the project team.

    • Use this view to monitor activity and understand what is happening across your projects.

  • All Items

    • Shows all items you have permission to access, including items from projects you are not currently a member of.

    • Use this view when you need visibility across the wider organization.

Find a specific item

Several tools are available to help you refine the log:

  • Use the Discipline filter to show items associated with a particular discipline.

  • Enter a word, title, or number in Search for text.

  • Select a column heading to change the sort order.

  • Use the filter icon on supported columns to narrow the results further.

  • Turn on Show Hidden to include hidden items.

The Project column identifies which project each item belongs to.

Customize the information displayed

Select Columns to choose which fields appear in the log.

You can:

  1. Select or remove columns.

  2. Change the order in which columns appear.

  3. Choose between combined and individual fields where available.

  4. Save different column arrangements for the way you work.

If the log extends beyond the width of the screen, use the horizontal scrollbar to view the remaining columns.

Review an item

Select an item in the log to open it and review its details.

Depending on the item and your permissions, you may be able to:

  • Review its current status and action

  • See when it was received

  • View the responsible person

  • Review consultant or project-team activity

  • Check due dates and overdue items

  • Read notes and other recorded project context

Export the log

Select Export to download the current log.

Before exporting, apply the appropriate view, filters, and column arrangement so the exported log contains the information you need.
